My furry family has been going to Elm Creek Animal Hospital for 20+ years. Their entire staff has always been welcoming and supportive throughout the years. Especially during inevitable end-of-life times; nothing but kind and respectful. And I love the separate doorways. I have both cats and excitable dogs, so I appreciate both options. Highly recommend!
Everyone at Elm Creek is professional and knowledgeable. Our cat is precious to us and we only want the best for him. They go out of their way to make him comfortable from the moment we arrive until we leave. The Vet was gentle with him and was clearly knowledgeable! I appreciate how they limit his time in the lobby, taking payment in the exam room and exiting us from a back door. It’s a smart way to minimize stress. Our recent visit was unfortunately heartbreaking for us as we were bringing in our fur baby Koa to be euthanized due to terminal mast cell cancer. This is a horrible cancer when it is high grade and sadley it not our first experience with this as our prior dog also succumbed to it also. 💔💔💔 Although this has been extremely hard for us, Elm Creek Animal Hospital has ALWAYS cared for and treated our fur baby with the respect, love and dignity that he deserved.
