My furry family has been going to Elm Creek Animal Hospital for 20+ years. Their entire staff has always been welcoming and supportive throughout the years. Especially during inevitable end-of-life times; nothing but kind and respectful. And I love the separate doorways. I have both cats and excitable dogs, so I appreciate both options. Highly recommend!
Elm Creek has been the best vet I have had! Dr. Lozinski is best best vet that I have taken my girls to! She gets down on the floor to snuggle and look at my girls while we talk about what has been going on with them and knows their quirks! I have two girl, one that has colitis and she is so helpful when it comes to watching what meds she can and can't have and one that is just a squirmy nut! Everyone at Elm Creek is professional and knowledgeable. Our cat is precious to us and we only want the best for him. They go out of their way to make him comfortable from the moment we arrive until we leave. The Vet was gentle with him and was clearly knowledgeable! I appreciate how they limit his time in the lobby, taking payment in the exam room and exiting us from a back door. It’s a smart way to minimize stress. Our recent visit was unfortunately heartbreaking for us as we were bringing in our fur baby Koa to be euthanized due to terminal mast cell cancer. This is a horrible cancer when it is high grade and sadley it not our first experience with this as our prior dog also succumbed to it also. 💔💔💔 Although this has been extremely hard for us, Elm Creek Animal Hospital has ALWAYS cared for and treated our fur baby with the respect, love and dignity that he deserved. The people who work their are awesome! Not only are they knowledgeable but they almost always have a smile on their faces and they engage in caring and helpful conversations with me about my pets. My only criticism is concerning the exam rooms. They have poor acoustics which makes conversation difficult for people like me who do not have excellent hearing.
