My appointment was at ten I wasn't put into a room until 1020, did not see her until 1040,I had a lot of questions and she barely let me finish. Before I left I had more questions and as I started to leave she said "make a separate appointment for that "and winked. Really? She was so bothered by my presence -at least that's how I felt, I will never go back.
The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Between immediately being placed on hold for 10min repeatedly and their nasty attitudes, I always have a difficult time scheduling appointments for my son and I. Most recently I took off the day for my son's bday. Between the Dr.'s constant elusivness, working and going to school full-time I made the best of my time off. Visited this Dr only twice but never again, she seemed in such a hurry,finishing my sentences and not giving me a ahance to address all my concerns. Its been 3 weeks since my tests were performed she said I would have results in 1 week and after leaving her 4 messages, I have yet to hear back from her. Also I had requested to be refered to see a cardilogyst and dermotologist in wich she said she would be contacting me with the information within a month....its been SIX!! needless to say I am very dissapointed in Dr Valero's ... read more
