Wow... major changes since opening day. Extremely well trained staff... some go above and beyond to be helpful. Others do their jobs efficiently and with a smile. Assigned seating takes a bit getting used to, but has a purpose... especially if you order food which is brought directly to your seat. Unlike other theaters that serve only popcorn and candy, Emagine has much more... yes you can get popcorn and candy but they offer a variety of snacks... even fresh made to order pizza. My friend and I went on Sunday to see Bohemian Rhapsody. The movie was great and the new theater is beautiful. The only problem was that it was so cold in there that we had our winter jackets on and gloves. It was obscenely cold. Being that cold took away from our movie experience. We will be back, but I hope I don’t have to wear long underwear to do so.
