I like it here and have been going since it opened but the ushers don't check the tickets and people just seat wherever they want . The purpose of going in this theater is because you have reserved your seats. Ushers should be doing their job and making sure everyone is seated at their appropriate seats
I love having a seat ready when I arrive (worth the cost of the ticket) - I hate looking for seating when running late or having to arrive way early just to get a seat in other theaters. And the seating is very comfortable. The food is good too. The bar is overpriced tho.
