I will say that Emagine Theater always makes me feel special. I have been to this location twice & they were both great times! 💫
We went to see The Lego Batman Movie. I had purchased 9 tickets (almost 3 weeks in advance) in one row but when we arrived 2 of our seats were double booked with another family. We immediate spoke to the usher and they had to call the manager. The manager and usher were great. They apologized and were able to find 2 seats to accommodate us. Due to the inconvenience, the manager offered complimentary passes and to see him after the movie. We went to customer service and were greeted by another manager who seemed skeptical. Even though MJR is closer to me, and they are trying to be like Emagine, they don't even come close. I will always choose Emagine first. Always a great experience!!
