I bought tickets ahead of time on the app. When I arrived to the theater. I was informed that the theater was out of order. I asked for a refund; however, they won’t refund the service fee charged through the app. It’s not that I need the money, it’s the principle of it. It’s not my fault this happened.

Seats are not comfortable. The foot rest doesn't come up high enough and the seat back doesn't recline enough. Back hurt so badly I barely made it through the movie. Worst reclining movie seating I've experienced. Will not return.

Went here today with my 9-year-old. The person behind the register was rude and discriminatory toward us. They wouldn’t let us order popcorn and told us to move along; because they were busy. The place was VERY unorganized. Construction and no direction. I got into the theatre and the movie started and continued to have a black screen until 20 min.
