Not that I needed anymore convincing because I love emagine but after the way your staff handled yesterday morning's mishap, I will make sure to always choose you time and time again. After the manager didn't show up, your staff took responsibility in ensuring everyone got into their movies on time and with free movies and concessions. After our movie was over, we were handed a free movie ticket for next time, no questions asked. It amazed me to see how well each and every staff member handled it and with such grace.
