We have been using this theater for quite a few years now. When they first began using assigned seating, it seemed like a pain. There were a few issues at the beginning, where people were confused on seating and they had to turn on the lights during the movie so ushers could have people move to the right seats. However, the upgrade in seating is PHENOMENAL. The recliners are cushy, clean and work well. We haven't had any issues with recliners not working properly.
