Un grand spécialiste, très consciencieux. Un gros plus pour la population de Drummondville.
Excelent spécialiste, rendez-vous très rapide, chirurgie complètement sans douleur, très professionnel. Je vous le recommande. Nouvelle clinique a Drummondville de très bon goût et un staff très gentil.
What a wonderful dentist is this man! Friendly, skilful, fast and so thorough. What more could you ask for! He did root canal surgery on a rear tooth of mine that had particularly long and curved roots. Nevertheless, he did a great job - and in a single one-hour sitting! What’s more, when I later needed suddenly to see him about a fistula, he very kindly fitted me into his busy schedule in which not only he but his super assistants gave me the best of attention. conciensious, professional, honest, and extremely good
J'ai adoré ce médecin. Il a pris tout son temps pour me soigné et assuré le suivi jusqu'a la guérison. Son personnel est compétant et très gentil. Je le recommande à tous.
I had to see him urgently and have a root canal because of an inflammed tooth. He was booked but still took some time to see me. He is very compassionate, very bright and professional and he made the whole process easier. His assistant, Josianne, was very nice and helpful too. Together, they make a great team.
Staff that work at the clinic very nice. They don't answer phone calls or emails. Dr Alvaro will not hesitate to make rude comments in regard to your dental hygiene. He will remind you how bad your teeth are, so please be ready. Still in pain after 2 weeks, same pain as before, just less often. They don't check back on you. You are left on your own after the procedure, just waiting for the best.
They made this annoying experience, very tolerable and it’s much appreciated
I don't understant how such a rude dentist can be so well rated. He was so authoritarian and aggressive that he managed to make me cry before even starting the procedure. Humanism and empathy should be key competences in this line of work. He was none and should not be allowed to practice.
