Very pleasant experience so far with all of the employees that I’ve been in contact with. Ladies at the reception are very kind & helpful. Lab technician was professional and painless. The blood draw went well, and I did appreciate being called about an opening for an earlier follow-up appointment… But I scheduled my appts a few months ago, and I didn’t remember if the test was fasted or not. I was pretty sure when I scheduled it that I was told someone would call me a little before my actual blood draw appt to remind me of it, but that didn’t happen.
