I have made three attempts to book with Embrace Orthodontists and have had no response. Terrible customer service and if this is the type of customer service for a booking, I would hate to think of what the service would be like if I was required to urgently see an orthodontist from here because of an issue.
Appointments have been mixed up with doctors not there at the appointment when scheduled to be. Often have to wait as doctor running late but when we were late by only five minutes the appointment”needed to be rescheduled” as advised by reception. Repeated rework needed requiring further appointments which is a real imposition- why not get it right the first time.
No need to look elsewhere for an orthodontist, professional, extremely friendly, and couldn’t make you more comfortable. Only one I would recommend.
