Let me start by saying that Eric actually returns calls and emails. That is a good start !! When it came to rebuilding our 35 yr. old deck, I certainly didn't expect the level of precision and detail that they put into it. The job foreman was very experienced and a good guy. He and his crew worked hard and steady every day, in some unpleasant conditions. Eric helped me choose the right products for my taste and budget, and the deck looks great. I'd definitely recommend Emcon, Inc.
Emcon did a great job building our cabin. Emcon assigned a project manager named Charlie who we had never met. He was great to work with and we would now consider him a friend. Emcon proved trustworthy and I heartily recommend them.
We were new to the area about a year ago when we interviewed different builders because we didn't know anyone. We ended up going with Emcon, and what a great decision that was! We operate a fix/flip business near St. Cloud and purchased our Park Rapids home with the same intention. Because of proximity, we hired Emcon to do much of the work for us. We hired Emcon to remodel our home. From design to the finishing work they stuck with us. The project manager Charlie stayed on top of the project. The crews were very courteous and professional. They took to time to correct the problems from the original builder, making our home from something that was starting to look like a dump to a home that we are proud to own.
We hired Emcon to help us with a great room addition with basement office and wrap around porch. Also included new metal roof, new Trulog siding, and new flooring throughout the whole house. We do love the finished product! 5 stars there! But because of the lack of project management - we can't give 5 for the entire process.
