After reading previous reviews I am in shock, I see a lot of “she was helpful”, “explained Thoroughly”, “easy process”, I did not get that during our process. I tend to think maybe I got her at a bad time, especially during this pandemic, but then I see a review “even during this pandemic it was a pleasant experience”.
