Just a few days after my comments, Chris, an Emerald Lawns Customer Resolution Manager, showed up at my door and we visited for ten or fifteen minutes about options I had to deal with the problem spots. I quite appreciate the attention and help.

The initial meeting with the sales rep went fine but I was disappointed with the follow-up communication on some various details between the service technician, the sales rep, and myself. When they followed up with a customer satisfaction survey I let them know of my dissatisfaction and a supervisor contacted me and communication has been better since then. I decided to continue the service at least through next spring before making a final judgment as to whether to continue long-term.
