Someone came by without any prior contact to arrange a time. Their tech knocked on the door but I did not know who they were or that they were with Emerald Lawns so I did not answer the door. Sometime afterwards, I found a written estimate to have my lawn serviced as determined needed by their analysis of the yard's condition. They did a really good and were fair and reasonable. They did exactly what they said they were going to do.

They were slow in getting to us after we had paid for the service VIA credit card. After application was performed (approximately) 3 weeks after initial contact, no instructions were given about the need to water the lawn or not water the lawn.
Buster always calls the day before to let me know that he will be out in the morning to perform service. He is always on time, polite and does his job in a timely fashion.
