Dr. Belhorn is patient and kind when talking with me. She really listens and is very knowledgeable about current trends in my medical conditions and the reliable practices that are still used.
I've been going to see him a couple years now. While I do feel he's understanding most of the time, friendly and also professional, he can also be forgetful, scatter-brained and get obviously overwhelmed with a complex patient at times too. I would always make a priority list since his time is so limited. Cover what's most important to you first. Dr Petty is the exception in a world of abrupt and often rude specialists. Very thorough in explaining procedures and options as well as taking ample time to answer questions. He took the time and effort over several months to work with a tricky rotator cuff issue eventually making surgery unnecessary. Highly recommended.
Dr. Petty provided me with an alternative to having a knee replacement. He explained the process to me thoroughly and I am enjoying the results thus far.

Went in for second PRP. Had been to other doctors who wanted to perform surgery. Dr. Petty introduced me to PRP option for my knee and I have seen tremendous improvement. Very greatful that he was aware and very knowledgeable about this treatment.
