It had been two years since Dr. Viens did surgery on my foot. With EmergeOrtho’s network, because I live in Wilson, he know exactly what was happening with my foot. Dr. Viens had his staff are very good people and professionals. They always go the extra mile in seeing that their patients get the best care. Great People!
Dr Arcedo has never rushed a single visit with him. He has always been thorough and genuinely concerned with any issue that may concern me. He is personable and one of the most knowledgeable physicians I have ever seen. If I come in with 10 concerns he addresses all 10 concerns. If I message him, he answers me fast. Dr. Crawford has the unusual quality of actually taking the time to listen to his patients, fully answer their questions and thoroughly explain the options. I have never felt rushed or stressed during our interactions. It’s added bonus that he’s also a very accomplished doctor. Highly recommend.
This is the second problem I've seen Dr Romine for. The first problem was fixed and requires no additional treatment. If only that were true for my current problem. Dr Romine took the time to explain the details in a way I could understand. We agreed on a course of treatment and he let me know of what could happen and what to expect. The doctor was very personable, explained information well and I would definitely return if I need to in the future.
Had two issues with my left foot. PlantarFasciitis and some pain on the top of my foot that was intense. After examining my foot for the pain on the top, she immediately went to my tennis shoes and re-laced them so that the laces were not over that part of my foot. She explained that this is a nerve pain issue and there was too much pressure on the part of my foot. She also had me pick up some pain gel to put on my foot as well. Does not rush into surgery,but when it is necessary he does an excellent job.Caring and compassionate.
The X-ray staff was so sweet and personable, Dr. Todd was very nice and point on with helping with my injuries.
