100% satisfied! I work in healthcare so I realize a couple of things other reviewers may not 1. Dr Kerner works for a company that puts time limits on patient appts in order for physicians to see more patients within a short amount of time. 2. Dr Kerner is an orthopedic surgeon - surgeons are hit or miss with bedside manner. Dr Kerner was speedy (about 5 min) during all 3 of my visits (so far), but he was pleasant, knowledgeable, & direct. Highly skilled and efficient with the procedure. Communication and explanations very professional.
Dr. James Bowers obviously enjoys his work, his patients, and his ability to successfully solve issues for his patients regarding pain, surgery, mobility.He is a 'Can-Do' problem solver and offers his recommendations in such a positive, upbeat manner. As his patient, I presented problems and concerns which he had immediate solutions for which were game-changers for me.I found that he was patient-engaged and he earned my total confidence in his expertise.
Very good fast and understandable
Had a frozen shoulder. He advised PT. That didn't work out then he did the release surgery. The staff at his hospital he uses is great. He explains things well and the surgery went very well. Doing PT now to and he is staying on top of it. I would recommend Dr. Carpente to anyone having shoulder issues.

Dr. Wilson asks questions for understanding, listens well, and responds directly to questions. He provides options for treatment and engage me as part of the decision-making process. He took time to explain the pros and cons of the treatment options.
The doctor listened and took his time to explain my condition and treatment plan.
Dr. Krasinski goes above and beyond! He spent time explaining the details of my problem and exactly what would be done. He even showed me on the x-rays. He answered all questions and made me feel like he had plenty of time for me. He is easy to talk to. I cannot say enough good things about him! I highly recommend him. The EmergeOrtho team is awesome! Everyone I have had contact with is very friendly, professional and helpful.
