Dr Nappo and his staff got right to work and found my problem fast.
Dr. Popa was caring and compassionate but honest. He has a sense of humor and listens to me.
The lobby is never more than a 5 to 10 minutes wait, then called back to exam room. Dr Lord promptly arrives to see you, he is friendly and puts me at ease. He is very knowledgeable, and always treats me with respect. He is not at all above helping to take off my shoes, or to help me put them back on. He has helped my foot pain every time I need to see him. I highly recommend him.
He did a great job fixing the break. His follow-up was through and he showed me what to do and had me do to make sure I understood. Good bedside manner.

I saw Dr. Viens for a 2nd opinion months after surgery at another practice while experiencing continuing pain. In my case, he was against additional surgery, so he is definitely not knife happy. He spent a good amount of time with me explaining my condition, reviewing x-rays, giving non-surgical treatment options, and offering pain management suggestions. My visits are always on time and Dr. Ransone actually talks to you and cares about you. His staff are pleasant and efficient. If you need knee surgery this is your choice.
Surgery for trigger finger and all went well. His PA Holden who done the prep was excellent also.
