Dr. Goswami is the kind of doctor you hope to see whn you walk in the door of a medical facility. He introduced himself right away & confirmed & explained exactly what would be going on with me and around me. He asked if I had questions & encouraged me to ask at any point the procedure. He told me exactly what he was doing before he did it and made sure the local anesthesia had me as numb as possible. Dr. Ransone was engaging with me and listened to all I had to say .His compassion was absolutely heart felt.He explained things in which I could understand, and never was pushy about any source of treatment that I wanted to hear about. Dr. Hage is a highly skilled surgeon with a great bedside manner. He presented a range of actions that could be taken to resolve my issue, told me what he was recommending, and answered all my questions so that I could make an informed decision.
