Professional, ethical, prompt and courteous.
My first experience with Dr Mail and he was wonderful. He explained procedure before starting and explained as he was doing injections. He was very kind and considerate. He is knowledgeable in his field and is confident as he works. He asked me several times during procedure if I was okay. His entire staff from front desk to out the door were caring and pleasant.
I am fortunate to have the care of Dr. Marks. Listens and discusses many things going on in my life to assist in helping me with my health problems. Jerry
I saw Dr. Musante for arthritis neck pain. He was very personable and helpful. He even took time out from his busy schedule to look up a study on a medicine he prescribed for me and read it out loud to allay my fears about harmful side effects. He also went out of his way to try and help me find a new primary care doctor. I was very impressed and grateful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Excellent experience and exceptional care. The Dr. is very detailed in understanding your needs and addressing/educating approaches. My quality of life has greatly improved thanks to Dr Marks care.
Friendly, takes time to explain situations
I talked a lot to get everything off of my chest. He patiently listened to every word without sighing or criticism . Asked me about my restlessness , depression, pain and etc. .. How well my meds are helping and even noticed that I have loss some more weight. Dr. Marks is so down to earth and not rushy like most doctors and not even arrogant to be pleasantly nice looking. He is cool ,calm and collective. Y'all should check him out if you have pain and psychological problems.
Dr. Marks is kind and understanding. He takes the time to listen to your distresses. He doesn't force medicine on you if other options are available like chiropractic, massage or PT outside of their office and are helping to maintain or improve your health.
Dr. Marks takes the time to listen to you and make sure that you are doing OK. I highly recommend him! I am not a fan of doctors but Dr. Marks it’s not like most doctors I have ever seen. He is never dismissive and is always looking out for your best interest.
