I have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Rosenblum in the past and he did surgery on my right knee and my right shoulder. Both were extreme successes. I have had my shoulder fix before with a slap procedure and this time I have very little pain and recovered so much faster. I am highly satisfied about my experience with Dr. Shadduck and EmergeOrtho! Six weeks ago Dr. Shadduck operated on me to repair a small hernia on the right side of my lower abdomen, called an inguinal hernia. About 15 years ago I had a similar hernia repair on the left lower abdomen (which was done at UNC) and therefore I have some comparative experience. Office personnel are friendly anc efficient; scheduling by phone is more satisfactory than online portal. Consult was for shoulder soreness. Dr Solic is affable and listens closely, narrowing diagnosis with careful questions and physical manipulation cautiously done. Provided short and long term plan of action. A very satisfactory encounter.
Always takes the time to listen and makes decisions based on what he feels is best for you. He does not try to rush you out the door, a trait that is somewhat rare these days. He helped me taper my anxiety medication from an obscenely high dose to a very reasonable dose using a process that was easy and effective. I feel so much more alert and clear-headed.
