Was referred for an ultrasound and was disappointed in how unprofessional he was. He kept going into his backpack to retrieve and put away his tablet while vaguely explaining what he thought I was experiencing. He seemed very inexperienced and unsure of himself. I do not feel confident in his diagnosis and will be seeking a second opinion. Seems like he just went with the potential diagnosis provided on the referral. Patient summary sent to me a week later was not mine. Just another reason to seek care elsewhere.

Wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. Rolled her eyes whenever I answered her questions. Obviously hates her life and job and wants to take it out on people just seeking relief for their ortho conditions. I walked out. She completely wasted my time and money.
She dictated the whole time I was in the room and did id not seem to pay attention to me. She stated that I was on medication in her notes that clearly I was not on. Horrible visit. Do not recommend her for pain management!
Rhett Hallows did a right hip replacement and made my right leg 1" longer than the left one. It caused severe pain in my ankles, knees, hips, and back. He even knew there was a problem and wouldn't fix it. Four months later, another doctor saw the anomaly, saw I was miserable, and performed a revision. I had to wear a plastic brace for 3 months. I have never once asked to have a different physician until my appointment with Dr. Miller yesterday. He walked in with no introduction, didn’t review my scans with me, and didn’t provide any reasoning behind his suggested course of action. He would have had me out the door in legitimately 30 seconds if I hadn’t asked any clarifying questions. When I did so, he cut me off mid-sentence to give a flippant response, and then he said “I can tell you’re anxious.” What a terrible experience.
If you are looking for someone to spend alot of time with you, forget it. I had plantar faciitus surgery and had my throat collapse, do you think he or anyone shared that with me, also he did not put it in my report.
I really hate to give Dr. Alves a one star when everyone else had such a great experience. My experience was not too good. But during my video appointment Dr. Alves was confused at the fact of why I was seeing her, she was extremely rude to me and did not help me with a pain plan. Dr Hallows has ruined my hip and life. He replaced my right hip on 9/11/2019. He casually didn't give me any hip precautions. It dislocated first in October and then he finally gave me hip precautions. Nevertheless, the hip dislocated again a month later in November of 2019. At that time he acknowledged that the implant was the wrong size and was in a wrong angle and it would dislocate again and again.
