He could care less about helping me with my symptoms and after doing several blood tests it took him 3 weeks to call me, after I called the office three times to get an answer about my tests. When he finally called he would not explain the tests to me and resented me asking questions. I will never see him again!!
We waited over an hour to see Dr. Burt for my 13 year old daughter's Achilles injury. When he FINALLY walked in there was no apology for the wait. He asked my daughter directly if she wanted an x-ray! Isn't that his job to recommend? She's 13...a little young to make that decision. He then felt her foot and NEVER observed her walking. He was done after 5 minutes and only after I asked him (as he was leaving the room) did he recommend wrapping the ankle if it hurts. Nurse was very friendly.
My total experience with him was terrible. I brought imaging with me which clearly wasn't reviewed. The entire exam was rushed, and he was evaluating me for his belief I was there for some chronic joint pain, instead of for an unusual complication from a medical device. The diagnosis he gave me was completely wrong and two other surgeons confirmed the correct diagnosis. When asking questions, I was yelled at and dismissed as though I couldn't possibly know anything about my condition. Horrible.
Dr Miller was assigned to fix broken right leg. First told my wife had broken hip, then came back from surgery, said had only broken leg, he had put in two or three something. Then said one or two, then said you had a bad break. Never completely explained after surgery and again two visits in hospital. In office visit, staff kept us waiting for over an hour, filled history- previously completed online. In back,redid(not on sheet with bar code.) 8xrays,no explanation, you had a bad break.
He was rude with no bedside manner very unprofessional refused to call my steroids in because I verbalized my dissatisfaction .. Office manager Beth sides with Doctor going to report to 5 on your side...Never NEVER come back again
She misdiagnosed me with a disorder I didn't have the symptoms for and had no interest in listening to what I had to say or my symptoms.
Office staff is rude. Every appointment I had was either cancelled postponed, scheduled in the wrong facility...etc. It was always something. Finally, a necessary surgery was scheduled. His office staff waited until the day before the surgery to share Dr. Romine's office policy that patients have to pay ? of out of pocket costs BEFORE the surgery. In our case the cost was almost $2000 and they wanted a check on the spot, the day before the surgery, or the surgery would not be done. We left.
He's a complete fool. I have suffered from this illness for many years and all the effing gobshite did was make faces and tell me to take tylenol. He made faces and acted like he didnt believe me after waiting forever for an appointment! l gave him an exact quote from another doctor and he just acted skeptical. He reminds me why I gave up on doctors. Theyre useless.
