RecommendedAt check in staff was very nice. I got checked in quickly with no problem as usual. Sat in waiting room no longer than 5min before I was called back. I was seen by the doctor within 3 minutes. He listened what I had to say. He is a very good doctor, I highly recommend.
Everyone was friendly and didn’t have a long wait for the appointment. Dr Wood was awesome and very kid friendly. with my grandson.
Dr. Mail and his staff has always been so helpful in making sure all of my health care needs are met. After each procedure they always follow up to see how I’m doing, and are there to answer any questions. He’s always had a great bedside manner, and explains step by step the process to make my comfort level much better. He and his team has always been great to work with and highly recommend them.
Have been very pleased with the care we have gotten here. My son is here a lot.
This was my first visit with EmergeOrtho- Durham and all the staff were very helpful and professional , from checking in until I left. I met with Doctor Merz and he did my evaluation and he explained every detail and the options that are available for me. He was patient and answered all my questions. I appreciate his expertise and concern for my health. I would definitely recommend EmergOrtho for care.

I called EmergeOrtho because I was in so much pain for over 2 weeks Because my Primary Care Doctor had not addressed my problem being in extreme pain in my lower back/Spine area left hip and down my left leg I had trouble getting out of bed and great difficulty trying to walk. Their true caring for their patients My Primary Dr wanted an ultrasound of my leg. I called not till 8 days. I went to appt with Dr Rutherford and that very day sent me for my ultrasound. Amazing just amazing! The last ortho Dr I went too I did not feel he saw me as a patient or even human. Looked at my knee took r ray said U need knee replacement I said yes that’s why I’m here. every member of the staff were efficient and professional. And their kindness helped to relieve my "white coat" anxiety. Dr Rutherford could not have been more professional and helpful towards getting my knee back into full motion.
