RecommendedPleasant/Helpful/Courteous/Informative/ Doctor explained the procedure as I could understand. Made me very comfortable for my FIRST-TIME VISIT. Comfortable follow-up from nursing staff. Appointment. Explained well what was taking time…….scheduling followed through to post op. I know ahead on my calendar. Can tell staff is happy, makes for a good impression.

my experience with dr. Richard Rutherford was great my surgery turn out very well still healing physically and spiritually he has a great supporting staff that will check on you day in and day out great physical therapy I like the whole experience going through a hip replacement with Doctor Rutherford great person great doctor I would recommend anyone and everyone it needs to have hip replacement to him and his staff emerge ortho great place
EmergeOrtho is by far the most responsive of any of the medical offices that I have used. Emerge responds quickly to questions and requests for appointments. They treat you with respect before, during and after any surgeries or treatment plans.
Dr Michael Merz is a wonderful, caring doctor. He listens to me about my concerns, my pain and together we discuss my options and my treatment. I have been going to Emerge Ortho for roughly 4 years now. The staff is wonderful and understanding from the time you walk up to the front desk through checkout. It’s always very clean and well organized. All that aside if you ever go there I hope you are as lucky as me to get Dr. Merz as your doctor.

I was very pleased with the way my procedure went. Dr. was very friendly, explain everything he was doing. Very patient with me , was concerned about how I was feeling during the treatment. The nurse was helpful and keep thing sanitized. I feel much better now.
