The doctors and PAs are attentive and listened to what I had to say. They have always been willing to explain exactly what they will do and what the plan is for treatment. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Getting an initial appointment can involve a delay, but once you're in the process, things move more quickly. X-rays, MRIs and other tests are handled very quickly. 4 out of 5, with the one-star deduction due to length of time for initial treatment.
Dr Shadduck is very thorough and takes time to explain things to you. He doesn't run you through his office like a herd.
The staff is very nice.I love my doctors Dr.Vienes ,Dr. Brian Woods ,Dr.Lord and Dr.Aldridge. They are kind and very understanding. They make you feel comfortable. They understand your situation. They are a Great teams.And OH Yeah..Meagan Dice..🙂
It was very easy to get the injection Dr Mali really took his time trying to get the injection exactly where it should go. Dr Mali was extremely nice and thorough. I would certainly recommend Emerge Ortho and Dr Mali
Dr. Mali and his staff provided very caring and professional service to patients. Dr. Mali gave me an epidural without causing any pain at all during the procedure. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure and post effects.
Great place. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and Dr. Trevor Carroll took the time to explain everything to me so that I was comfortable with understanding my situation.
Dr Shadduck and staff are the very best!! They provide very caring and professional care. We are lucky to have such medical care in the area. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a definite 10!!
