When my son fell and broke his arm. I was so scared. I took him to the emergency room And they confirm that his arm was broken, but said he only needed a splint on his arm. Well the next day, he fell on his arm again. This time I took him to emerge ortho. They were very professional. What I liked about them the most is that they spoke directly to my son who is six years old and explain to him his x-ray findings and the treatment plan. Very professional and knowledgeable about my medical procedure. I went into this not knowing what to expect. once consulting with Dr. Shaddock I was completely comfortable and ready to get back to my normal self.
My last visit was painless. All staff I came in contact with were knowledgeable and professional. They were timely in getting their part complete during my visit so no wasted time. Brian (PA) was extremely patient with all my questions. Answers were in language I could understand (explained medical terms).
