I saw Mathew Crawford I notice they hide bad reviews. He’s a nice person, but I waited in that room for almost an hour to be told there was nothing else that could be done for me. This was my first initial experience. My appointment was at 11:20AM. I didn't get seen until 12:01PM. My leg doesn’t have any feeling in it. I can’t even raise my leg on my own. I love this practice and its providers. From scheduling to discharge, they are on point- professional, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. I take my family there with all ortho needs. I’ve also referred others and all report a great experience. Brittany S. is an amazing practitioner! I highly recommend her.
Between the state Health Plan (Aenta) and EmergeOrtho, they have decided to be in-network and charge out-of network co-pays. Now instead of of $47.00 a doctor's visit it's $94.00 for a doctor's visit. So if I see all 4 of my doctor's in 1 month or 1 day it cost my wife and I $386.00 for the visit/s. Now its getting ready to be 5 doctors ($470.00). If I see 3 doctor's in 1 day it cost us $282.00 that day for co-pays, you can't schedule them all in 1 day and pay 1 co-pay, you have to pay for each doctor. You can't blame the pe... read more
From EmergeOrtho’s replies to other low reviews, I can tell they don’t take any feedback seriously so I’ll save my breath and point out the most obvious things that that the patients need to look out for. I waited in the patient room for 42 minutes and once the doctor finally came into my room, he was in and out in less than 3 minutes. I wish I was joking.
