Dr Nappo was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend
He is an amazing surgeon. He definitely knows what he is doing. He has great bedside manners and treats you like a person/patient not a number. I definitely recommend him.
Dr. Kyle Nappo, MD was very nice and seemed to be a very caring doctor. He included me in the decision as to which choice I would rather do. I got an injection, and he was correct it did help and it would get to feeling better in about two to three days. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Emergeortho is lucky to have him.
Was there for my Visco knee injection which went good! Thought I’d have to schedule another appointment about shoulder but Dr Nappo went ahead a got the wheels turning for an MRI . Saved me my co-pay for another visit. As always, he was professional and Willing to listen to my concerns

Things moved quickly which I liked. Check-in was an absolute breeze. Staff was friendly but very professional. Dr Nappo listened and shared his knowledge; I came away with actual help and confidence that my health WOULD improve.
Front desk at check in, they are always nice. Xray ladies, super friendly. Dr Nappo gives good injections, very concerned about issues, answers questions.
Dr Nappo realized that I was in serious pain. He went above and beyond to see which hospital had the soonest availibility. That meant the world to me.
Pleasant, kind, professional and to the point. First time appointment with him, impressed so far.
