Once again the maintenance crew comes through with an exceptional, professional experience. We had a plumbing issue and saw a leak in the ceiling. The crew was responsive and addressed the issue quickly. Joseph, Jay and Roy came to inspect the damage and came up with a plan. Joseph called the plumber while still present in the apartment to make sure he could provide a quick update. Throughout the process I received thorough and routine updates in the progress. The Emerson was the best apartment complex I toured when I came to visit to plan my move. The amenities, staff and the neighborhood is great. You have two shopping malls, breweries and restaurants within walking distance! The Sugar Creek Greenway which is the most beautiful walk anytime of day! I love it here and glad to call it my new home
Olivia made touring Emerson the most amazing experience. My friend is moving from out of town, and only had 1 day to tour apartments while he was here. Olivia managed to squeeze us in for a same-day showing, but still gave us the full experience. The apartments and amenities are beautiful. Without speaking too much for my friend, I think this apartment complex will be a winner for him. All thanks to Olivia!
Emerson at Montford truly is a great place to live! Morgan & Olivia go above and beyond to help with any and all needs I may have! Always being so welcoming and friendly! They got me in the perfect apartment!! Joe & Cody go out of their way to make sure any needs I have in my apartment is taken care of in a timely manner! Joe was Super prompt, informative, and helpful. Helped fix my fridge door and air conditioning within a day of me submitting the request. Kept me informed of everything while looking into the issues and while fixing. Fridge is good as new!
