"Honesty and integrity. " I was visiting Engelwood and noticed that my wheels were making a rubbing sound. I brought the truck to Emery because their reviews were excellent and I understand why after my visit. They checked it out and determined that I had a rust buildup on the brake rotors. They said that there was no safety concern and that I could have the rotors replaced soon because I still have a little pad life left. They didn't even charge me to check out the problem. "Customer Service & Technical Knowledge" Attend to the problem quickly and efficiently.
"Always good honest service" Took in my 20 year old SUV to have the suspension checked before new tires and alignment. No problems found. Didn't even charge me. But I tipped the technician for his time. When I returned for the alignment, they were able to bring one side back to alignment that others had said would not quit come true on several prior alignments over several years. They were also able to diagnose an intermittent problem with my turn signals. Thanks guys! Art
