I spoke with Mark and did verify a glitch in our shop management software which did not identify his car properly. He did say he was happy with the service and repair of his car.
"The professionalism" Explained the problem to my son-in-law very well as I didn't understand . He suggested a solution and did the work and so far it has worked. Also did let us know the car with its problem is a defect of Toyota but it is safe enough to get back to Maine.
