Emilio explains each step and option. He even recommends when you should wait instead of refinancing. Great guy to work with. He did our original 30 year loan and when it came time that I could refinance, he was my first choice. I got a better rate than coworkers who used someone else to refinance.

I was worried Covid would make the process of financing a new home loan more complicated. Emilio flipped it on its side and provided one of the smoothest home loan processes I have ever experience. I will gladly work with Emilio again in the future if I decide to sell/buy a new home.
Emilio has helped us purchase and refi our home. Both experiences were excellent. He remembers his clients and treats them like he would his own friends and family. We feel comfortable and welcomed to reach out to him anytime with finance questions even when outside of a lending process.
