Emily's catering group was nothing but amazing at our wedding. They were always right there if we needed something done. People are still raving about the amount and quality of food our wedding had. They loved the summer grill stations and thought that all the grilled meat was cooked just right. My friend keeps bugging me about the sea bass recipie! They were a truly amazing!
Emily's Catering did an excellent job! My wedding was in a backyard and they were very accomodating with the limitations of the venue. The food was great and a lot af people commented on the food. Some stated that the chicken was dry but I thought all the food was EXCELLENT!!
Emily's did a wonderful job catering my wedding reception. The food was excellent, and the wait staff was very helpful directing the traffic through the buffets and taking care of the served salads. I would highly recommend them.
Rick was wonderful to work with during the planning process, but we were very disappointed at the service the day of the wedding. There was an extra table set up, guests were not served everything on the menu, and service was slow and inconsistent. Also, the venue was not set-up when guests arrived, so they walked in to my wedding to see racks of glasses across the hall. We were very unhappy about this.
They catered my wedding and rehearsal dinner. For the wedding we had BBQ brisket and chicken and it was fantastic. They also set up a fantastic cocktail hour. We got a lot of complements from our guests. The staff was very helpful and involved throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
We chose Emily's for our wedding because they were less expensive than their competitors, the Coordinator we dealt with was professional and their facility in Bristol is impressive. We enjoyed the sample meal Mr. Kerzner prepared for us, and we felt as though we were getting a bargain. Two weeks before our wedding date, the Coordinator left the company. Emily's Catering Group's reply: I am a little confused as to why this post would be submitted more than three years after the wedding date. The venue where the wedding was hosted has a very specific window for setup and breakdown and we are always on the property a half hour prior to their opening the doors. Had this been brought to my attention, in say 2009, my response might be different, as it would have been fresh in my memory.
