This location is amazing. Had issues ordering a part from my local branch of a competing company. The other company refused to help me. The parts department at this location of Empire was able to get my part ordered, and the part was over night shipped to my door. Wish this location were closer to me.
I want to thank everyone at empire for the outstanding work you do .the parts department go the extra mile to help you out and get you the right part if it’s not in stock they usually have it the next morning first thing .
