Excellent service. Staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. We didn't expect for our business to have problems especially when it came to collections but, well, it did and so we opted to get help. Didn't took long to for them to finish all collections and they really did went above our expectations. Very professional, well-managed and efficient. Its no wonder it was recommended to us and for them to have high ratings. We hope to not experience such setback again but if we do, we know who to call for.
I hired this company to handle the collection of some accounts and they did an impressive job. Always updated me of their progress on time and they managed to come up with a plan that was super effective. I received excellent and professional advice from them and talked through the process on how they would handle the tasks. I like their fair plan to settle the payment dispute very much. The representative, Jolinda, was wonderful! She helped was dedicated toward receiving my business and helping me to set-up our collections account. I am very busy as a small business owner and appreciate the quick and efficient way she was able to walk me through sending over our collection invoices.
