I have enjoyed living here for the most part. I must say with the staff overturn, it's hard to get to know folks. The staff is pleasant and are only doing their job. the maintenance used to be spot on but I'm curious why the pool was closed from June 3 till July 19, today, because of a phone issue and signage. I also put in a maintenance request on July 12, and is still "under review". This was for pest control on and in front of my patio, and my washing machine will not drain. I have been here since this place opened in 2014. We have had some super heros in the management teams. But the current management staff as of September 2021 is very difficult and condescending to work with, not to mention disrespectful. I’m a 74 year old grandmother who had to downsize in 2014. Never lived in an apartment and was fortunate to find a wonderful lady who at the time was managing the lease-up of the newest completed apartment complex in this area.
