Really can’t say enough terrible things about the administration and how this place is ran. After our experience, we will ensure no other family member ever goes to Encompass. The case manager that was assigned to us should not be in a client facing position as she referred to our loved one with dementia as “just a Groundhog Day.” Unprofessional, derogatory, and rude. Profits over patients at this place.

The inconsistencies with administration are frustrating to say the least. It makes me angry to leave a negative review, especially when there aren’t many places for patients to rehabilitate. I can tell that each visitor is not treated equally, and during a time when we’re caring for a parent, they’ve made it a very unpleasant, memorable (for the wrong reasons) experience.

My husband has had rehab their twice. I cannot recommend. My husband is incontinent and they put his pants on without a diaper or even underpants. He slept in his clothing. I could go on but you get the picture.

You guys need to take a serious look into the actions and attitudes of your employees. Delonte Close has posted multiple videos for internet fame and attention of a young woman, drunk, having a breakdown. He is bullying and making fun of this poor woman all while recording her and laughing in her face to later post online for millions to see. Disgusting behavior. You should not be allowing somebody like that to work at a company that handles the care of others.

Treating my Nana like crap! She is a person and knows what is going on! My parents were up there a few days ago and set the bed alarm off and it took them 8 minutes to get there!! Seriously what if someone had fell? And a tech told her to pee in her pants since she had a brief on! (Which she does not need)!! I'm amending my comment after an incredible response from the nursing staff to assure my dad's bed alarm is activated and that any visitors will know how to arm and disarm it. Mistakes do happen and my dad is known for his independence and trying to do everything himself. Everyone has been very attentive and caring, and I appreciated the phone call. Not impressed. My mother's nurses were great which is the only reason I rated them with a 2, otherwise I would have wanted to rate them with a negative number. My 78 year old mother was released after about 2 weeks with pins from a hip break surgery, which wasn't nearly enough rehab for her. I questioned this and her case worker said harshly, Do you want her to stay here 8 weeks? She said this in front of my mother making it appear as though I didn't want to bring her home with me.
