Everyone there has been caring, helpful and friendly. It is clean and neat. The PT and OT staff have been amazing.

Our mother was placed in here after a heart attack and being on a ventilator to recover. They worked with her as expected but when she was given instructions she asked them to also tell us as her memory was not working. She suffered lack of oxygen to her brain for several minutes with the heart attack and the memory was severely affected. They told her that she could tell us everything and it wasn’t necessary for them to tell us. So she was discharged and no one called us or gave us instructions. But they did tell her. During my stay with Encompass, I was fed gluten twice(I have celiac disease and gluten ataxia). Not only that but my wallet was stolen during my stay and I’ve had to file a police report. As if my life wasn’t turned upside down enough from being away from home and learning to walk again, someone had to go and steal from me too. I hope whatever low life did that gets what’s coming to them.

So far I’m not a fan at all. Two family members taken there after a serious traffic accident on 1-26-23. They finally called TODAY. An entire week before they let the family know know We were Given minimal info and told us to call after 2:30. We’ve been bounced around to nurses stations and hung up on continuously for 2 1/2 hours now and have no clue how serious they are etc. I’ve heard “their nurse is at lunch” so many times it makes me sick. This place was s a joke! My mother was there for 8 days because she had a knee replacement. She got pneumonia while in there. I told the drs up front to contact her lung dr because her lungs were very bad from a lung disease she has had for years. Instead, they treated her with what they thought would work and what they were giving her she was allergic to. She stayed drugged up, could not eat and would throw up almost every day.
