RecommendedThis place is incredible and the staff in my opinion is second to none. My father in-law was brought there to rehab from a stroke. The turn around he's made in just a couple of days is remarkable. I want to to thank y'all for all your hard work.

Would I recommend Encompass Health? No. But let me explain further. The occupational therapists and physical therapists were amazing, I will say that, they they treated me like a human and with dignity. When I cried they showed empathy, they got down to my level and sat with me- unfortunately I can’t say that about the other staff. The nurses were very rude, I was called a cry baby, they acted like I was a bother, they never checked in on me, the doctors would say less then two words, wouldn’t follow up with things like lab ... read more

My husband spent a week in this facility in isolation due to his flu diagnosis. During that week they lost his dentures. I was assured by the nurse supervisor that they would be replaced. Yesterday I get a letter from the facility saying the dentures are NOT covered as they are deemed personal property. His new dentures are $3295 and we are now stuck with the bill.

My aunt is currently in this facility and is having an issue where she has a contact stuck in her eye. The nurses and doctors are refusing to assist her. The contact has moved off her eye and is stuck under her eyelid, causing her pain and blury vision. She is not able to fix it herself and they will not take her to Mary Washington Hospital to get her care. I hope there's no long term damage as this could cause vision loss.

My grandfather stayed at the encompass in Aldie VA and the treatment he got is nothing short of criminal. The staff is negligent and outright lied about my grandfathers condition in order to transfer him out of their facility. He is a 85 year old man and they subjected him to unnecessary transfers because they were uncomfortable treating him as he doesn’t speak English and wasn’t allowed visitors with the current epidemic.
