I was there in 2016. I received very good care. The doctors , PAs, nurses, staff and therapists took pride in their work.

Great workers from physical therapy nurses techs everyone was attentive smiling and pleasant for a broken bone I would recommend health south for all your rehab needs

Do not send your loved ones here! The nursing staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not make it a priority to take care of their patients, they look at it more as a inconvenience. The communication between the staff is not there. My father was not supposed to be up and down on his own yet the nurses never made that known and would forget to set the bed alarm.
