My dad was here for a week roughly following a stroke. His speech was the most impaired and Eva the speech therapist was hands down the best I have ever dealt with. She wrote a hand written note to send home with us to keep practicing with him. She was even seeing twice a day because of how severe his impairment was and she was trying to get the most of it while he was there. The physical therapist was also amazing!! This is a fantastic inpatient rehabilitation facility. My father-in-law was thoroughly cared for medically, and the rehabilitation team was exceptional for what he needed. Would highly recommend to all.

Encompass Health is such a wonderful rehab hospital. My very elderly uncle stayed at Encompass for a week, and he was so happy with the wonderful care that he received there, and he very much enjoyed the food there. He told me of numerous instances where the staff went above and beyond for him. One example was when he had requested some ice cream (his favorite) one night. Because the person who was bringing him the ice cream had forgotten to ask what flavor my uncle preferred, they brought him THREE --chocolate, vanilla... read more

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this facility. After having my mom at a couple of hospitals the difference in care here is like night and day. My mom has CHF and stage 4 KF with difficult digestive issues as well. She's a complicated case. After experiencing a few falls at home, her doctor was able to get her in here for some rehab to strengthen her. The whole staff-OT, PT, nurses, nurse techs, and case worker have been outstanding. They don't talk down to her and encourage her to push just a little more... read more
