Most nurses and aides do not care for patients who can’t help themselves. I see them being very helpful to the ones they don’t have to “take care of” I believe my mom is in worse shape now than before going to encompass!!! Karlee (unit clerk) ,Mary RN,and Brandy RN were all amazing. PT Sarah was rude and could care less about hard to work with patients.

My mother was admitted to encompass from the hospital she was in worse condition when she left encompass the Dr or Nurse would not return my phone call like I asked so I could check on my mother's condition also they released her with very Bad uti so I strongly Do Not recommend this facility
