Verified Renter Place is nice, but I pay for parking, and in the three months I’ve lived here, I’ve had to report my spot being taken four times, and one of those four, the resident who had taken my spot was extremely hostile to me, and a friend I had with me. I emailed the office, to no response, and have since seen this same resident park their vehicle in numerous reserved spots, with their own verbal admission that they do not have a reserved spot of their own. Verified Renter Overall, not positive severe lack of communication from management staff rent is excessive for the amenities is provided. Pool is very rarely cleaned, even though they close it weekly for cleaning frequently there’s debris in the pool. My car was towed from a reserve spot that I pay for monthly. Maintenance issues are swept under the rug and take months to complete.

Verified Renter I have roaches in my apartment, no matter how clean I keep it. The residents on top of me are very loud all times of the night. The office staff does not answer the phone and they do not call you back.

I think the pricing we got is pretty decent for our floor plan, but the additional fees for things we personally don’t utilize, like valet trash, are a bummer. We’ve also had to place a lot of work orders for one project in our unit BUT the office and maintenance staff were always kind about it. Verified Renter Management has been terrible. Takes forever to get ahold of someone. You are charged not only for water but sewer and drainage, have to find your own electric. So many fees they don’t tell you about.
Don’t give a reason for leaving Note to self don’t give them a reason as to why you aren’t renewing your lease. I told them I was moving back in with my parents cause I am going to get a house. They put on my final account statement the reason for leaving “financial problems” don’t know how moving back with my parents means I have financial problems.
