The staff was pleasant and warm. The lady who attended me and took my x-rays was beautiful inside and out, and was sympathetic and very caring. The cost of my necessary procedures are too expensive for me at the present because I don't have insurance. I need to wait a while longer but I would recommend Encore Dental to anyone.
Everyone that I came into contact at Encore were very accommodating and friendly. I felt welcomed and very comfortable at the office. I will definitely be returning to get other procedures done.

So far I have only had a check up and cleaning done. But from the two visits I've had they have been very professional and very forth coming about the treatment plan that I needed. I could have gotten a second opinion and I considered it, but they showed me every x-ray and went over them in detail. I have already recommended them to some friends and family. One last thing, I had an apt at 8 a.m. and they got me in right at 8 a.m., from my experience that is rarely the case.
Dr. Nancy and staff are awesome. You feel right at home from the start. Any plan or procedure is discussed before hand so there are no surprises at check out. They make you relaxed and comfortable--not fearful. They use a vibratory device to help with lidocaine shot--I felt no pain during filling. The best part is only the area worked on was numb not my tongue. They have truly been a blessing. Dr. Nancy is great.
