The underwriting experience was onerous. There were many asks of the underwriter that seemed arbitrary and unnecessary to our approval.

Started process a month prior to closing; repeated requests for additional documents which had not been part of first list. Scrambling to find additionally requested documents two days before closing. If had to do over, would have gone with Wells Fargo (provider of previous mortgage).

Enda explained everything when we asked questions but there was too much confusion with the app and opening an account on the website then opening a separate account for the title, and which forms we had to sign or e-sign or wet sign. Have ONE place to sign and ONE method of signing and keep them consistent. All of the moving parts were controlled by different people all trying to talk to us separately. Several times I had to ask Enda who was legit and which were cleverly disguised scams
