Susan, my therapist at Endeavor Southwest, has been great. It’s obvious she is very knowledgeable. My doctor referred me due to my having osteopenia. He wanted me to learn exercises to strengthen my hips, legs and back to make it less likely to become osteoporosis. Susan works with me each week to assure I’m doing them correctly and adds more exercises in each week. She explains exactly how each exercise strengthens an area, which makes a lot of sense. My Physical Therapist, Kevin Walker was absolutely amazing!! He showed care and concern with my care plan and ensured we stayed on track for completing my goals. He was very thorough with explaining the whys and the expected outcome for every exercise we did making sure I understood how it would help me in the long run. The entire staff, both front desk and the other therapists are awesome and I would highly recommend this Endeavor facility for your physical therapy needs!!

I had never been to physical therapy before but patient coordinator Olivia answered all of my “dumb” questions and made the scheduling and insurance claiming process pleasant and hassle free! My sessions with physical therapist Kevin were fun, informative, and time efficient. Kevin opened my eyes to the power of stretching and the importance of listening to your body, and he did it all in a very empowering way. After 6 weeks, my back pain is gone. I just "graduated" physical therapy with Chris at Endeavor SW after having total knee replacement on 1.11.23. What a refreshing way to do PT! I absolutely loved the one-on-one sessions which was far different than the other type of PT I've had (45 minutes of self-exercise monitored by a PT student who is also monitoring others simultaneously followed by 15 minutes with the actual PT). Dr. Chris Thompson is absolutely incredible. When I was searching who I wanted to see, I knew her 27 years of experience would be helpful for the issue I was having. I didn't know that I would create a genuine rapport and love for going to PT every week. I had a Gluteous Median injury so my hip and lower back on the left side were constantly in pain. I really loved this location. Everyone was very friendly. Kevin my PT was excellent. He was kind but firm in my therapy. He understood what was needed to recover from a shoulder replacement and I am now pain free and able to do most anything. Thank you!
