This review is only a brief summary of a months-long ordeal that has left me deeply frustrated and disillusioned. I purchased an Omoda 9 from Endeavour Hyundai Watford in June 2025. The car was delivered with the wrong number plate, visible damage, and in a filthy condition, despite paying for professional treatment. We recently purchased a car from Omoda Watford, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our sales advisor, Stefan, was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. He was especially kind with our daughter, which we deeply appreciated. Buying a car can be stressful, but Stefan made it a genuinely pleasant and reassuring experience. Highly recommended!

I am quite disappointed as regards the service of this company. They cajole you to getting the car with sweet words but leave you to yourself afterwards. I got the E5 Comfort in November last year and have been calling to book for servicing for about three weeks now and have not been able to get my car serviced. The 4 years free service that was promised hasn’t been fulfilled and they are likely going to make me loose my 7 years warranty. Because I am about to clock 10,000miles.
