Absolute nightmare getting a car serviced, up to 2 months wait to get any diagnostics on faults even urgent ones like airbag, and have been waiting 2 weeks for someone to acknowledge a complaint forwarded to them from Volvo UK about their handling of a known ERAD issue with the XC90 PHEV models when they sold me one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible buying experience and as I have just done the review on Google I won't go into it again. Def would not recommend this dealership. The only person that really looked like she was trying to help was the receptionist.
Very poor customer service when trying to get my reservation fee refunded. I think they put obstacles in the way so that you give up and go away! Not me! BTW still waiting for my refund and they have had my money over a week now.
When you buy a car from them They go out of their way to help you Once you have the car all that goes out the window They don’t call you back when they say they will They will lie to your face Sometimes they are even arrogant When telling lies
