Watch your cancellation policy. Make sure you inquire directly regarding this. I'm dealing with Megan Bailey from Endless Resorts. Cancelled a booking 6 months in advance and can only receive a credit to be used within a year. She said the year is from when you notify them not from the date of the booking. So she extended from May to July 1 2021. Well - that's big of her, who wants to go to Florida in the summer? Business response:
We normally have a no cancellation policy but due to the unforeseen pandemic we have offered a year credit to be used from the original travel date at any of our resorts, however in your case we did actually give you 14 months. We hope in the next 14 months you can find some dates that will fit your travel needs. We are a small business and are working very hard to accommodate everyone during these difficult times.
I paid for a trip for spring break (early April) for a family of 9. Due to Covid 19 my family and I are unable to attend, not to mention my fiance's job has closed/reduced hours affecting my family thats placed a financial hardship.I was able to cancel the trip but they are not willing to refund anything. If you're planning a trip make sure the company is willing to work with you because they were not.

We actually offered a full credit to be used at any our resorts for up to one year. This has been offered to all our clients and most are very happy and pleased we are offering this and working with them. As many businesses are being impacted we are no different and as a small business that has been majorly impacted we are doing our best to accommodate everyone as fairly as possible.
6 Days before our reservation in Williamsburg VA our reservation was canceled over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Now we are left scrambling to try and book another place over this busy holiday with no help from Endless Resort Options. We booked with them through AirBNB. Update: Their Facebook page shows they are not located in Williamsburg VA (as their website states) but rather on Williamsburg Street in Brooklyn NY.
